Delivery
As a general rule for any order that only includes jerseys, it takes us 3 working days to process your order, this implies the time from receipt of your order until it is dispatched. Sometimes this time may vary due to a product being out of stock or depending on your order if it comes with customizations, in this case if your jersey is personalized the order processing time is around 5 days. There is also no tax to be paid when the package arrives.
We work in collaboration with La Poste and its Colissimo service as well as with the Chronopost delivery service in order to offer you fast shipments and maximum quality of service. As soon as your package is actually dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number of the carrier in charge of your package (Colissimo/La Poste or Chronopost). You can thus track this package for 30 days after it has been sent on the carrier's website.

You will receive your products within 10 working days anywhere in France, depending on the method and delivery service chosen, if your products are in stock at our premises. Delivery will take place within 7 to 11 working days. For shipments to international destinations, delivery times are 11 to 15 working days.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the amount, weight and destination country of your package. They include the processing, packaging and shipping of your products. The exact amount of your delivery costs is calculated automatically when placing your order.

Return and refund
All returns must be made by contacting us at the following email address: contact@foot-inside.com
All returns must be reported to our service and made by Colissimo Tracking with signature. All items must imperatively be returned in their original packaging with their label intact and in their condition of receipt. They must also be accompanied by the purchase invoice or the delivery note.
Any item that has been sold or personalized cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. For example, a flocked jersey.
No return by express package will be supported, whatever the reason.
If the delivered product conforms to the order, all return costs are your responsibility.
If the product is defective or does not comply with the order, we will reimburse the costs incurred for the return (only on presentation of an invoice attesting to payment). The maximum amount reimbursed for expenses is €8. All refunds will be made within 30 business days. You will be refunded directly to the bank / paypal account used when placing your order.
For any item returned with the reason 'defective', specify on separate letter, the nature of the defect found.
We bear the costs incurred for the return of the products.
Regarding the exchanges, they will be made between 10 and 15 days, given the fact that a large number of our products are imports. In the event that one of the products to be exchanged remains out of stock for more than 60 days, you will be reimbursed. Please specify the details of the products you want in exchange.
We do everything we can to provide quality service to all of our customers. However, if the quality of a product ordered were to be called into question, we reserve the right to return the product to the original manufacturer for inspection before any decision is made concerning the product in question.
