Tracking number still not updated?
If your package is in transit, but its location hasn't changed for a few days? This is normal: it's in transit at an airport before reaching its final destination. Transit can last a few days, depending on the airline.
If you have not received your package 31 days after it was shipped, Foot Sport will resend your order free of charge or refund it.
Processing time for your order
We generally need 3 business days to process your order. This time may vary if the product is out of stock or if it is personalized, in which case the processing time is approximately 5 days. No tax is required upon receipt of the package.
We partner with La Poste and its Colissimo service, as well as Chronopost, for fast deliveries and quality service. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
For personalized items, preparation may take up to 5 additional days.
Delivery times
Delivery to France takes between 7 and 14 business days. Your package will usually be delivered within 10 days.
We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your package during its journey.

Return and refund
All returns must be made by contacting us at the following email address: contact@foot-sport.com
All returns must be reported to our department and made by Colissimo Suivi with signature. All items must be returned in their original packaging with their label intact and in the condition they were received in. They must also be accompanied by the purchase invoice or delivery note.
Any sale or personalized item(s) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. For example, a printed jersey.
No returns by express parcel will be accepted, whatever the reason.
If the delivered product is as ordered, all return costs are your responsibility.
All accessories (e.g. shorts, socks, bodysuits, etc.) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
If the product is defective or does not conform to the order, we will reimburse you for the costs incurred for the return (only upon presentation of an invoice confirming payment). The maximum amount reimbursed for the costs is €8. All refunds will be made within 30 working days.
For any item returned with the reason 'defective', specify in a separate letter the nature of the defect noted.
Please ensure you enter your delivery address correctly. If your delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, we will not be able to refund or reship your order.
We cover the costs incurred for reshipping the products.
If one of the products to be exchanged remains out of stock for more than 60 days, you will be refunded. Please specify the details of the products you would like to exchange.
