Delivery
We usually need 3 business days to process your order. This time frame may vary if the product is out of stock or if it is personalized, in which case the processing time is approximately 5 days. No tax is required upon receipt of the package.
We collaborate with La Poste and its Colissimo service, as well as with Chronopost, for fast deliveries and quality service. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package for 30 days on the carrier's website.
Delivery in France takes on average 10 working days, and internationally it can take 11 to 15 working days. Shipping costs are calculated based on the amount, weight and destination country of your package.

Return and refund
All returns must be made by contacting us at the following email address: contact@foot-sport.com
Any return must be reported to our service and made by Colissimo Suivi with signature. All items must be returned in their original packaging with their label intact and in the condition they were received. They must also be accompanied by the purchase invoice or delivery note.
Any item that has been sold or personalized cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. For example, a flocked jersey.
No returns by express parcel will be supported, whatever the reason.
If the product delivered conforms to the order, all return costs are your responsibility.
If the product is defective or does not conform to the order, we will reimburse you for the costs incurred for the return (only upon presentation of an invoice confirming payment). The maximum amount reimbursed for the fee is €8. All refunds will be made within 30 working days.
For any item returned with the reason 'defective', specify in a separate letter the nature of the defect noted.
We cover the costs incurred for returning the products.
Concerning exchanges they will be carried out between 10 and 15 days, taking into account the fact that a large number of our products are imports. If one of the products to be exchanged remains out of stock for more than 60 days, you will be refunded. Please specify the details of the products you want in exchange.
We do everything we can to provide quality service to all our customers. However, if the quality of an ordered product comes into question, we reserve the right to return the product to the original manufacturer for inspection before any decision is made regarding the product in question.
