Shipping & Delivery Policy – Foot Sport

At Foot Sport, we are proud to deliver our products all over the world so you can enjoy your customized creations wherever you are.

1. Order Processing

Your order is generally prepared within 2 to 3 business days. Customized orders may take up to 5 business days.

In the case of customized jerseys or out-of-stock items, processing time may be extended up to 4 additional business days. However, we strive to minimize any waiting time.

Important: Personalized items (badges, flocking) cannot be cancelled or modified once the order has been confirmed, as their preparation will have already begun.

2. Delivery Times

  • France (Metropolitan): 7 to 21 days. Your package will arrive on average within 10 days.
  • Europe: 8 to 21 days.
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days.

We do our utmost to deliver to you as quickly as possible. These times include the production of customized items and transit time.

Note: Delivery times may be longer during periods of high demand or in exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather, etc.).

3. Tracking Your Package

Please be patient. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can then track your package directly on the carrier's website.

If the tracking indicates that your package is "in transit" without an update for several days, this is very often normal (especially for international shipments).

4. Responsibility & Customs

Once shipped, responsibility for the package is transferred to the carrier. Foot Sport cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft, or damage during transport.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and local taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

France: Metropolitan

Europe: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.

Other Countries: Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United States, Vietnam.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns must be reported beforehand to: contact@foot-sport.com

  • Personalized items (e.g., flocked jerseys) and sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Accessories (shorts, socks, bodysuits, etc.) are not eligible for return.
  • Returns must be made via Colissimo Suivi with signature, in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • If the product is compliant, return shipping costs are at your expense.
  • If the product is defective or non-compliant, we will refund the return shipping costs (upon proof, up to a maximum of €8).

Refunds are processed within 30 business days.
