Tracking number still not updated?
If your package is in transit, but its location hasn't changed for a few days, that's normal: it's in transit at an airport before reaching its final destination. Transit can take a few days, depending on the airline.
If you have not received your package 31 days after it was shipped, Foot Sport will resend your order for free or issue a refund.
Order processing time
We generally need 3 business days to process your order. This period may vary if the product is out of stock or if it is customized, in which case the processing time is approximately 5 days. No tax is required upon receipt of the package.
We work with La Poste and its Colissimo service, as well as Chronopost, for fast deliveries and quality service. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
For personalized items, preparation may take up to 5 additional days.
Delivery times
Delivery in France takes between 7 to 10 business days. Most of the time, your package will be delivered within 10 days.
Delivery to the rest of Europe takes between 10 to 14 business days.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your package during its journey.

Returns and refunds
All returns must be made by contacting us at the following email address: contact@foot-sport.com
All returns must be reported to our service and sent via Colissimo Suivi with signature. All items must be returned in their original packaging with their intact label and in the condition in which they were received. They must also be accompanied by the purchase invoice or delivery note.
Any discounted or personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. For example, a flocked jersey.
No returns by express parcel will be accepted, regardless of the reason.
If the delivered product is in conformity with the order, all return costs are at your expense.
All accessories (e.g., shorts, socks, bodysuits) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
If the product is defective or not in conformity with the order, we will reimburse you for the return costs (only upon presentation of an invoice proving payment). The maximum amount reimbursed for fees is €8. All refunds will be made within 30 business days.
For any item returned with the reason 'defective', please specify the nature of the defect found in a separate letter.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly. If your delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, we will not be able to refund your order or reship it.
We cover the costs incurred for reshipping products.
In the event that one of the products to be exchanged remains out of stock for more than 60 days, you will be refunded. Please specify the details of the products you wish to exchange.
